- Maintenance-free living includes all maintenance of your
apartment, the common areas and
the exterior of the community
- All utilities are paid for, including basic cable TV
(49 channels), except for telephone
and Internet connections/monthly rates. (Gas and electric not included
in garden homes rates). Assistance provided in establishing these
services

and spiritual programs and activities
are provided on a regular basis by our life-enrichment department.
Additionally, a variety of off-campus activities and events are
